CCSVI testing waiting lists are growing… OHIP coverage ceased! A quick update…. I am currently on 3 waiting lists to undergo the doppler ultrasound test that is required to locate vein narrowing/blockages (i.e. CCSVI diagnosis). When I was originally added to the lists, 2 of the locations were providing this testing under OHIP. Since that time, the OHIP coverage has been discontinued. The doctor’s office called today and scheduled my ultrasound appointment for Friday morning. I’m glad we will have some answers this week. The baby is growing strong. The heartbeat is between 165-180. I’ve been checking it a couple times a day with my Doppler. That gives me some peace of mind. I’ve been taking it easy since I got the news.
